Visual Description : Stone head fragment. Partly covered by oxide of iron and bears evidence of breakage diagonally below the shoulders. The line is worn down. It appears that the head has been wilfully separated from the torso as is indicated by chisel marks. The conico-hemispherical headgear is indicative of Barriles culture. It may have been an idol that was 'killed'.
