Artist Statement : "There are two lineage crests of the Hunt family. The first designs used on a Hunt Big House were of the Bear and Raven. They were done in Tlingit art style, and Calvin Hunt did a copy of them some years ago. The Bear crest is a sign of strength and the Raven is the Trickster." - Ross Hunt Sr.
