Visual Description : The Base is a goldish Silver figure in shape of eagle. The Salt dish is in the shape of a seashell on the eagle's back. The shell is divided in two with a barrier. There is an emblem on the front and back of the base; a scroll on top of two ovals; each oval contains what look like scales; the ovals are topped with a crown.
