John Craig Seaton (Jack) Wilkinson was an influential artist in Canada. He was the creator behind the Centennial Square Fountain and the Netherlands Centennial Carillon in Victoria, British Columbia. His artwork is typically signed "Jack Wilkinson" or "JCS Wilkinson". He passed away September 2007.
