Visual Description : Tlingit style bronze rattle featuring a human face design on one side of the main body and a skull design on the other. The main body is circular in shape and has white horse hair inserted in sections (fifteen) along the outer edge. The entire object is supported by a light coloured circular red cedar stand. This is a contemporary sculpture of a traditional Ghost Rattle, a possession of a shaman and or chief. Iconography is Tlingit.
