Visual Description : Wooden frontlet sculpture with the face of a Haida woman protruding from the centre. Encircling the face are square sections of abalone inlays with green and red paint. Abalone inlay designs are also on the forehead and cheeks of the face. The facial features are accented with red and black paint. This frontlet is a replica of the original Haida Woman frontlet in the collection of the Smithsonian Institute, Washington, D.C.
