Visual Description : This large coffer has intricate carvings on its front face. The sides and bottom borders have circular carvings that resemble figure-eights. Along the top border are arches with floral designs inside them. The arches are overlapping. The arch and floral design flanks an inscription on the front face middle which reads: MIL 1678. The centre portion of the front face has geometric designs. The sides and back of the coffer are simple and have no carvings. The lid of the coffer is simple with four rectangular panels.
