Visual Description : Ceramic bowl with abstract designs painted on the exterior. The designs are arranged in a pattern formation and consist primarily of curved lines and hard-edged shapes. They cover just over half of the height of the bowl's exterior surface from the rim downward. The colours of the bowl are orange, brown and off-white, with orange being the natural colour of the ceramic. The texture is smooth and somewhat glossy, suggesting that the bowl was hand-burnished with a smooth object before firing.
