Visual Description : Oval shaped bark basket with lid. The exterior of the basket is decorated with a layer of thin painted strands, resembling porcupine quills, that are arranged in a zigzag pattern. The exterior of the lid is similarly decorated, with the strands arranged in an abstract flower pattern. The outer edge of the lid has thicker strands that are brown in colour with white thinner strands woven horizontally in some areas to create checkered patterns. The colours of the basket and lid are orange, red, brown, green, white, and black. The overall texture is rough.
