Visual Description : This wood block is carved on both sides. On each side, the image is centered to the top left corner. At the center left, ochre-stained reliefs of a tree-lined coast stretch horizontally towards the right. Beyond are outlines of waves and four curved squares in ink. Above this scene, three triangles in ink form the sky, the ink has been erased where it nears the ochre. On the opposite, 'lt. purple" side, a band of wood has been carved out of the center to reveal a rocky coastline stained purple below an upright grid and three rooftops stained red in the center of the woodblock.
