Number 8 of a series of 10 different postcards packaged in a matching envelope. The series was produced by the Field Museum of Natural History and is entitled "Anthropology Set No. 20 - 10 Cards - 20 Cents HUMAN AND ANIMAL FIGURES, NEW GUINEA". The postcard depicts two carved and painted wooden boards. On each of the boards, an abstracted, probably human figure is painted in high contrast.
