Visual Description : This is a landscape scene of Mt. Baker from Vancouver Island. It is painted in watercolour and done in a representational style. The front of the picture plane is looking from the coast with grass, bushes and small trees. In the distance is Mt.Baker with a cloudy sky behind that stretches from one edge to the other of the image. In the middle of the picture plane on the left is a small glimpse of a pointe which juts out into the ocean. The color palette consists of blue, mauve, red, green and brown.
