Artist Statement : "This canoe has the Wolf and Eagle crest on it. The canoe was used as main source of transportation for West Coast Tribes before European contact. Now its used for the gathering of all the West Coast Tribes in a Tribal Journey that spans the West Coast from Haida Gwaii to Neah Bay.
