Visual Description : Felt puppet of D'sonoqua with carved wood face and characteristic circular mouth and open lips. Face is painted black with sensory features (eyes, nose, mouth) painted red. Carved hands painted black with unpainted fingernails. Black string and cedar bark hair attached to head. Navy blue felt body attached with sewn red felt with a central bird design, two verticals rows of zigzags and horizontal border on the base. Rows of white acrylic buttons evenly spaced throughout red felt.
