Visual Description :
Carved wood mask of human face with lips forming "o" shape. Black human hair extended from around the top of the mask. Holes in side of mask for green suede cords. Mask has a green painted base that the wood grain shows through. Red paint covers eyes, nostrils, lips and red and black is used in formline designs on forehead (bird head profile design), cheeks, and eyebrows.
