Artist Statement : "In the higher parts of the Rockey Mountains in what is called Grizzly Bear Country, north of Hazelton, B.C., the Arctic Tern lives. On hunting parties to the area we notice the Arctic Tern many times, and when the fall comes this bird signals the time to leave for the valley before the really cold weather comes." - Robert Sebastian
