Visual Description : Neckless tripod vessel has beige paste, cream slip and painted decoration in red and black. Lip is encircled in red; the body has geometric motifs including black dots reminiscent of the scale symbols of the alligator motif. Another black horizontal band encircles the body of the vessels at its greatest perimeter. The centre of each panel is above a tripod support. These supports are solid, pointed cones, decorated by two or three black horizontal lines respectively.
